PATO uses a chat-based AI coach powered by GPT-4o. Members can log meals by typing or sending a food photo, track workouts, get personalised plans, and ask fitness questions. The AI remembers their goals, dietary preferences, injuries, and history to give truly personalised guidance — not generic advice.
Can PATO track my meals from a photo?
Yes. Send a photo of your meal and PATO's vision AI analyses it, estimates calories and macros, and logs it automatically. You can also photograph nutritional labels to save products to your pantry — PATO will use the exact macros every time you eat that food again.
What kind of workout plans does PATO create?
PATO creates periodised, multi-week workout programmes tailored to your goal (muscle gain, fat loss, strength, general fitness), equipment (full gym, dumbbells, bodyweight), schedule, and any injuries.
